Homax Round 6 Person Spa
The Homax Round 6 Person Spa is worth considering if you’re looking for a really large inflatable hot tub that doesn’t cost the earth. At 82 inches across, it’s one of the biggest portable hot tubs out there at this price. Just as the name suggests, it’s big enough to hold 6 adults in comfort, and plenty big enough for a family and a few of your children’s friends as well.
Add in the 130 air bubble jets giving a powerful massage, and the fact you can control the water temperature to your choosing at the touch of a button, and you’ve got a great entry-level model.
Be careful though! You will see this model for sale for around $1,000 on some sites, but if you shop carefully you can get it for only half that price or even less.

Features of the Homax Round 6 Person Spa
Your Homax Round 6 Person Spa is 82 inches across and 25 inches deep when fully inflated. It’s big enough for 6 adults to sit in comfort, although of course with only 4 in there really is room to spread out. Its generous size makes it perfect for parties and great fun for kids who will especially love the air jets!
The hot tub is constructed of rip-proof and puncture-proof PVC and fabric cloth. It also has an internal vertical beam construction, so you can sit on the edge of the tub without fear of it collapsing.
The massage system has 130 powerful air bubble jets, making it perfect for relaxing tired aching muscles and giving a soothing all over workout. It’s also great for hydrotherapy, and if you get in alone you’ll receive the full benefits of a hydrotherapy and flotation session.
There’s also a built-in hard water treatment system. This keeps the water soft, which is great for your skin, and it prevents limescale build up in the inner workings of the hot tub, helping to make it easier to keep clean and prolonging the life of your hot tub as well.
Setting Up Your Homax Round 6 Person Spa
The Homax 6 Person Spa is incredibly easy to set up and fill, much easier than many other models. As one reviewer put it:
“When they said set up was easy, they are correct. It is plug and play and add the water.”
To set it up, you put the insulated ground sheet in the place you want the tub located, then spread out the hot tub itself on top of the ground sheet, attach the motor and inflate. The hot tub will be inflated in a couple of minutes. Then you fill your hot tub with water through a garden hose. Once it’s full, set your desired temperature on the digital control and then turn on the heater. It will take between 8 and 24 hours to heat the water, depending on how hot the water is itself, and how warm the air temperature is.
Top Tip: Some owners fill their hot tub with hot water, so it is ready to get in straight away.
Enjoying Your Homax Round 6 Person Spa
When the water is ready, slide into the hot tub and turn on the massage system. With the clip-on Digital Control Panel on the side of the spa, everything you need is to hand and you can relax in the water for as long as you want.
You will notice the temperature of the water drops a little, as you lay there, but it’s simply a matter of turning the water heater back on for a few minutes. You can do this without having to get out.
When you do get out, we recommend covering your hot tub with the zipped thermal cover. This helps keep the water hot and it keeps the water clean. If you have children, it’s also a good idea to use the digital lock to keep them safe from the temptations of the hot tub when there are no adults around.
So as we have seen, the Homax Round 6 Person Spa really is a great inflatable hot tub for anyone looking for a larger model. It has been described by different owners as ‘huge’ ‘incredibly roomy’ and ‘enormous’, and for its size it is great value.
Just a reminder, though, you should be able to get this inflatable hot tub for under $600. You really can get a great deal.
